The vacation can begin! Before you head to Naturns, you’ll find all the essential information for your stay at Schmiedhof here. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unexpected events can happen. Therefore, we recommend taking out European travel insurance. In case of no-show or early departure, the insurance will cover your cancellation fees. Without travel cancellation insurance, we apply the following charges:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booked price
- 14 to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the booked price
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked price.
Your room or apartment will be ready for you from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM. If you’d like to make the most of your last day in Naturns, you’re welcome to store your luggage with us.
Small pets and dogs are warmly welcome here. Small pets and dogs are warmly welcome. Please bring a bed or blanket, as well as food and water bowls. For dogs and small pets, we charge €10 per day without meals.
Upon arrival, you will receive the Guest Pass. This advantage card is free of charge and valid throughout your entire stay. Here you will find detailed information about discounts and exclusive benefits.
